If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We treat each order received individually and thus, once under production, cannot be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. All the products at The Indian Rug are produced with the most premium quality materials by highly skilled craftsmen and undergo a strict quality check before dispatch.
