Products in-stock will take 3-5 working days for dispatch.

Lead time for products made-to-order is 4-6 weeks.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All the products at The Indian Rug are produced with the most premium quality materials by highly skilled craftsmen and undergo a strict quality check before dispatch.
