Hand-Knotted Rugs
Hand-knotting is the slowest way to make a rug. Each knot is tied by hand around the warp, with no adhesive and no backing: the structure is the pile itself. That is why a well-made hand-knotted rug outlives the room it was bought for.
Handknotted in India from hand-spun New Zealand wool and bamboo silk. Custom sizes, shapes and colourways, with a 12 to 24 week lead time.
